I am writing this email to express how satisfied I am with the carpet cleaning I received last Sunday from your company. Recently, I realized I needed my carpets cleaned, something we do about 2-3 times per year.
Well, I am so happy I dialed and got Friendly Steam on the line. Not only did the technician spend ten times as much time on my carpets than my other carpet cleaner, but he managed to get them more clean than any company I’ve ever used before. Also, he literally got on his hands and knees to spot clean my pet stains; I cannot believe the amount of time he spent focusing on all my problem areas, and he got all of them out!! Other companies have told me they try, but they always say some stains are not removable and they move on.
I cannot describe how impressed I am with Friendly Steam and his one-man ability to get my carpets looking brand new. I will NEVER go back to any other carpet cleaning company for that matter, and the price- it could NOT be compared.
